Architectural Designer II:
Education: Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Architecture
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years applicable hospitality and related professional experience, strong knowledge of design theory and principals, strong knowledge of construction materials and FFE sources and specifications. Qualified/Licensed professional examination (NCIDQ, AIA, LEED, RAS, etc.) preferred. Experience in hospitality project design specifications, guideline drawings, documentation production and material selection.
Skills: Highly skilled in AutoCAD & Revit, advanced graphic skills with use of PowerPoint, InDesign, and Photoshop preferred. Advanced knowledge in Color & Materials, Drawing Sets and Redlines, Strong Drawing and Hand Drafting/Sketching skills a plus. Excellent organizational and management skills. Good verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate collaborative and professional work ethic, assist with establishing and maintaining manpower hour and project profitability.

Lighting Designer:
Education: Associates in Interior Design {minimum}
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in professional commercial lighting design, experience in hospitality market, understanding and/or professional experience in both the aesthetic and theatrical lighting design venues as well as strong technical knowledge

Works with Multiple Interior Design teams to purchase furniture, fixtures, and equipment for projects
Communication with Vendors regarding orders
Create Purchase Orders
Obtain and Send Payment from Client to Vendors
Tracking of all purchased items during all phases of the project
Obtain quotes and competitive bids on behalf of the client
Coordinate and handle logistics and installations
Create, Maintain and Send project status reports
Qualifications:
Well Organized
Expert level knowledge of Microsoft O365 Suite; Word, Excel, Power Point
Experience in general accounting a plus
Superb attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Must be able to multitask
