CEO & Design Principal

Kimberley Miller, co-founder and Design Principal at Duncan & Miller Design, has an unmatched flair for drama, refined elegance, and acute attention to detail. Kimberley finds inspiration everywhere around her. She loves studying the details of set designs in movies and television, fashion, elaborate retail window design, theater sets, and even jewelry has influenced some of her decorative lighting creations. A well-known industry style leader, Kimberley’s portfolio is exceptional with award-winning interior design for exclusive hotels and resorts around the globe with five of her hotels ranked in Conde Nast Traveler’s Top 20 Hotels in Texas Readers-Choice Awards 2020, with The Stella ranking #3. She is also and Honoree of the HD Platinum Circle. Designer of the famed Hotel Zaza Brand, The Curtain Hotel & Members Club in London, and most recently The Burgess in Buckhead, Kimberley’s style is twisted, classic, perfection as she creates spaces that people crave and iconic dining venues where celebrity chefs showcase their cuisine.

Education & Interests

Kimberley received a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Med and Interior Design at Texas Christian University and a Bachelor’s Degree of Science from the School of Architecture in Interior design at The University of Texas at Arlington.

His interests include family, travel, design, collecting art, cooking, Estate Sale shopping, and entertaining. 

Wendy L. Mancha

Vice President of Operations

Wendy is heavily influenced by the success and designs of Kimberley Miller and Kelly Wearstler. She finds inspiration in the photography of Laura Morsman as well as nature, travel and fashion.

W ith over 15 years of experience in both interior design and purchasing at Duncan & Miller Design, Wendy Mancha upholds the value and intent of every purchasing project that she is involved with. Wendy has developed extensive design knowledge as well as strong relationships with vendors and clients that uphold D&M’s reputation for quality design.

Education & Interests

Wendy received a Bachelor of Fine Art in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Dallas and Associates Degree from North Central Texas College.

Her interests include reading, crafting, painting, and being her children’s biggest fan at their sport endeavors.

Pamela Grayson

Senior Project Manager

Pamela holds more than 25 years of experience in Architecture and Design. Pamela worked in the Healthcare sector of Architecture for many years and enjoyed creating technical, clean spaces – designed to provide a sense of soothing-calm to patients, while integrating a Hospitality approach.

Today, she enjoys creating functional and welcoming spaces for people to relax and enjoy life; she has designed and produced projects for most of the major hotel brands, as well as many boutique brands..

Pamela has been an integral part of many projects both domestically and internationally, including AFNCI Cairo Children’s Oncology Hospital in Cairo, Egypt; projects for Britain’s NHS, and the acclaimed Highrise multifamily building, Museum Tower located in Dallas, TX. Pamela has also designed, produced, and managed projects in many different sectors including Religious Institutions, Financial Institutions, Class A Commercial Buildings, and many adaptive reuse projects

Education & Interests

Pamela attended Trine University and holds a Degree in Architecture and Construction Science from North Central Michigan. Pamela is currently working toward completing her Architectural Licensure.

Her interests include family, travel, playing chess, and swimming.

Paula J. Azevedo

Vice President of Design, IIDA, LEED AP

Paula, a sought after leader, has an all-encompassing background in architecture, interior design and construction project management. Her robust portfolio of work includes 5-Star luxury hotels and resorts along with boutique lifestyle properties.
